Eaglesvale Preparatory School Yesterday embarked on a clean-up campaign at various shopping centres in the capital. They cleaned places like Chisipite, High Glen, Westgate, Kamfinsa, Kensington, Malbereign among others. The Headmaster Michel Bvumbe the clean up campaign is meant to instill responsibility to the children. He said every week a prize is given to the best class and this year they were running under the theme “Pride” teaching children to be polite, responsible, be in control, earn and give support for them to be relevant both at school and home. Dutch Reformed Church Synod secretary Dr Enock Mayidawere part of the group at Kamfinsa and he hailed parents who joined the pupils in picking up litter saying it is a collective responsibility.
