A BULAWAYO teenage girl (17) has gone missing following a dispute with her guardian over a school report that had no class position.Police in Bulawayo are appealing for information leading to the teenager’s whereabouts.Bulawayo provincial police spokesperson Inspector Abednico Ncube said the girl left home with her Bible.
“Police in Bulawayo are appealing for information that may assist in the location of a missing person Nokuthula Moyo, a female juvenile aged 17 of house number 12 Charlotte Crescent, Sauerstown, Bulawayo,’’ Ncube said.“Moyo was last seen on January 3, 2020. Circumstances are that she had a misunderstanding with Rosina Marache her sister who is also her legal guardian over her school report which had no class position and the guardian threatened to assault her.”
He said Moyo took a bath before she left with her Bible. Ncube said the teenager is dark in complexion, of medium built, 1,5m tall, has black hair, and she is fluent in Shona and Ndebele.Ncube said the family could not remember the clothes she was wearing when they last saw her and they also did not have a photograph.
“Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts may contact her sister Rosina Marache on 0774 931 855, investigating officer constable Sigauke on 0773 642 352/0715 003 250, ZRP Sauerstown on (0292) 200960/218431 or any nearest police station,” Ncube said
