THE CHILD RIGHTS SECTOR IN ZIMBABWE

ZNCWC has strong relations with the government through, among other things, its seat in the Zimbabwe Human Rights Commission Technical Working Group on Children as well as on the PVO Board. In the districts that we work in, the organization strongly compliments local authorities and relevant line ministries work. ZNCWC is also a member of Ending the Sexual Exploitation of Children, Child Rights Network of Southern Africa (CRNSA), International Council of Social Workers and has Observer Status at the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child.
